The front desk clerk was helpful when I interacted with them, but there were some issues with dry cleaning and laundry services. The location was convenient, close to eateries in both University and downtown Tempe areas. I also appreciated that everything seemed to be working as usual. The dining experience was included, and I enjoyed the crisps. The facilities were decent, but there were improvements needed in the upkeep.
